Jurong Birdpark Trip with Dear Dear

woke up from my sleep. wask up, shower n prepare to meet dear dear at Boon Lay interchange =)

1130

met up with dear dear.. abit late cos left my hse late.. so sorry to keep euu waiting dear dear.. =) after that took 194 to the birdpark.. alot of ppl qeueing up for the bus.. maybe is due to weekend baz.. but luckily we found seats on the bus.. haha..

1215 approximately,

arrived at Jurong Birdpark.. bought the tickets then went in.. the 1st bird we saw was "Mr. Shoebill" standing there as still as a statue n dear dear say it look so fake not moving at all.. Haha!

After that we went in to see the Penguins.. Dear say the Emperor Penguin look so arrogant when walking.. helding their head so high up.. haha..

look at how arrogant they looked.. haha.. head held high up.. haha..

then we went to the talking birds section.. but cant seems to make anyone of them talk except a mynah call micky which only talk we are back facing him but not when we are looking at it..

bad micky dun wan to talk to us! roar!!

and a parrot call sam boy.. sam boy is a good boy!! becos he talk to us.. haha!=))

then we headed further down to Lory Loft to watch ppl feed the parrots there.. so noisy sia with all the parrots screeching away.. haha! dear dear tried to touch the parrots but they are just too human-shy to let her touch.. =))

after that we walked further in to the waterfall aviary passing by the birds of prey exhitbit..

that's a "kite"!

watch the Bee-eater & Starling feeding with worms n crickets inside the waterfall aviary.. dear dear was so scare that the worms or the crickets will fell on their head when the park keeper is feeding them.. haha.. =))

then we went to watch the birds of prey show "KINGS OF THE SKY"!! awesome man! displaying various kind of hawks, falcon n kites catching their preys.. of course using dummies rabbit, dummies snake n small pieces of raw meats.. haha!! no small animals are harmed in the show.. haha!!=))

and in conclusion to that, we went inside the world of darkness to see the owls..

The snowy white owl.. Now widely know as Mr Harry Potter's owl.. haha..

after that dear dear came to my hse to wait for me to get change n shower.. then we had dinner tgt with my family outside before heading down to Shaw Lido to watch our movie "The Enchanted".. dear dear was too tired to laugh in the cinema le n fell asleep a few times inside the cinema.. haha.. =))
